Registration
Please carefully read the following before proceeding to the registration form.
In order to provide the most hands-on experiences for participants, only 50 registrations will be accepted. In accordance with the grant guidelines, registrations will be accepted based on the following geographic distribution:
- 25 participants will be from Pennsylvania (Registrations accepted will be equally distributed based on Penn State Cooperative extension and PA Department of Agriculture regions.)
- 16 participants will be from EPA Region III (DE, District of Columbia, MD, VA, and WV)
- 9 participants will be from the AAPSE Northeastern Region (MA, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PR, VI, and VT)
Participants will be selected based on the order in which registrations were received.
Once the allotted spaces are filled, a waiting list will be created. Extra spaces will also be filled based on the order in which registrations were received. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee that you will be selected as a participant. We will begin to send confirmations in early May 2008. In the event that all registrants cannot be accommodated, those who are not accepted will be given priority to attend next year's conference.
No registration fee will be charged for attending the 2008 NEPSEC Annual Workshop and most other expenses (hotel and most meals) will be provided during the conference ONLY IF you attend the entire conference. Please note that registrants will need to pay for their own travel (air fare, mileage) to and from the conference and Tuesday evening's meal is on your own.
This workshop will provide participants with a suitcase of materials from the hands-on demonstrations. Please keep this in mind when making travel arrangements.
